Gaming News Week 45

Come on in, get yourself a nice cup of coffee or tea and pull up a chair.

You might notice that the gaming news is one day late, but there’s a good reason for that. We have been moving this past week, not me personally, but the site. After eight years with the same server provider, it was time to go bigger. So now we have moved to a new server, but we also have professional maintenance.

Anyway, the site is running well again, so here’s this week’s news.

Farming Simulator Kids is Coming

If you are into simulation games, you’ll no doubt know the Farming Simulator games. This week, GIANTS Software announced a brand-new game to introduce the younger generation to the colorful and fun world of farming and blooming nature.

With cute aesthetics, Farming Simulator Kids invites young players to live a cozy farm life. Virtual neighbours, including some animal characters, will ask for help to harvest crops or prepare a delicious sandwich. Aside from these mini-games like gardening or sandwich making, there is much more to do: Little farmers visit their own farmers’ market to get a feeling for the value of the fresh produce they grew and cared for. They can trade items at a swap shop, create delicious food items from produce, or simply chill out in their house and meet lovable characters to interact with.

Farming Simulator Kids will be available on Nintendo SwitchTM & mobile devices, suited for all ages – coming Spring 2024.
