It’s over a year ago that Pokémon Go took the world by storm. It caused everyone who was never a gamer to begin with, to know all about catching Pidgey and Squirtles, hatching eggs and be exited at walking around looking at their phone. A lot of parents play the game along with their children, but now there’s another mobile game that is specifically aimed at children aged 3 to 5 years old.
A new app called Pokémon Playhouse was released this week on Android and iOS, and it’s filled with activities young children will like. They can take care of their critter in a Pokémon Grooming activity, or they can look for Pokémon in the night sky in Search for the Stars.
They can feed them treats, groom them, form a band with all their little friends and make music or take them to an interactive park. The more the children play, the more the game will unfold. Completing various activities they get closer to hatching eggs. In that way they can collect up to 50 Pokémon that are included in the game.As it’s the purpose of the Pokémon Company to let the young audience become acquainted with the world of Pokémon parents will be happy to know that the game if free. No in-app purchases either, which is even better news. The game looks colorful, cute and happy. Even my much older heart melts at seeing the sweet expressions on the well known Pokémon’s faces!
