Upcoming Steam Games March 2023

Welcome! At LadiesGamers, we are all about indie games. So, aside from our Upcoming Switch Games, it’s time to look at Steam’s upcoming new release games. This one is for March 2023.

Not all games to be released are on the list here. Alternatively, you will see games that the other gaming sites don’t mention. We are taking notice of these games. You can expect reviews for many of them if given half a chance! It should be noted that unless we have some personal experience with the game, there’s a link to the descriptions on the Steam website.

Your job is to question the citizens, collect and examine the clues they give you, and find the killer. The catch is they are not all sincere or cooperative. Will you manage to find the killer before they kill all the citizens?

Mina reviewed Small Town Detective and said this in her conclusion.

I was so disappointed in Small Town Detective. I wanted to love it, but it was so hard to get into and figure out. This game was a massive disappointment for me.

Lilly's Flower Shop LadiesGamers

Enjoy the Match 3 gameplay in an intriguing story about Lilly’s building her flower shop.

Help Lilly to rebuild and grow her shop, become friends with the mysterious biker, help the town to flourish, make lots of new friends and enjoy the summertime full of flowers and plants.

I reviewed Lilly’s Flower Shop and said this in my conclusion.

I enjoyed Lilly’s Flower Shop; it is a fun game while it lasts. Unfortunately, the Steam store has many games similar in style to Lilly’s Flower Shop that are more interesting and offer the player a challenge. Lilly’s Flower Shop will fit the bill if you want a quick match-3 fix. However, I would look elsewhere if it’s a challenge you’re after.

Outlanders – March 7th

Outlanders LadiesGamers

Windosill: Steam Deck Edition – March 7th

Windosill: Steam Deck Edition LadiesGamers

This new edition of Windosill has been meticulously redesigned for the Steam Deck. It supports both touchscreen and controller input and has been reformatted to fit the Steam Deck screen, as well as utilizing the gyroscope for a special Dynamic Gravity mode.

Explore a series of landscapes populated by objects and creatures that come alive with your engagement. Push, pull, drag, toss, and spin your way through ten tactile puzzles. Your curiosity will be rewarded by moments of surprise and delight. Designed to be completed in a single afternoon, Windosill is suitable for kids and imaginative adults alike.

Yvonne reviewed Windosill on Nintendo Switch and said this in her conclusion.

Windosill is fun and unexpected and you can let your imagination run wild. Don’t rush through it to solve the puzzles but take time to try it all. It’s short, if you rush through it, very short. But as I already highlighted that’s not the point of Windosill. Your child in your lap, trying it all out together and marvelling at what you see, hear and feel. That’s how it should be played.

The price for the Switch version is higher in comparison to the iOS and Steam versions. But the game isn’t just ported, it is fully adapted for the Switch. It now has multiplayer added and a collection of lovely sketches from the developer. Having said that, it’s still an experience that I wished had lasted longer!

Railways: Train Simulator LadiesGamers

Railways feature minimalist and artistic elements merged in an immersive experience where the perks of a train trip are emphasized: astonishing landscapes observed at a slow pace. Each level will bring a new challenge to the track, more chaos and, of course, clever moves from your side.

This is a train simulator where patience is a virtue. To succeed, you must wait for the right moment and use your train management skills to drag the trains from one railway to another. But be careful or trains will crash.

I reviewed Railways: Train Simulator on the Nintendo Switch, gave it our highest score of two thumbs up, and had this to say in my conclusion.
