Welcome! At LadiesGamers, we are all about indie games. So, aside from our Upcoming Switch Games, it’s time to look at Steam’s upcoming new release games. This one is for November 2023.
Furthermore, not all games to be released are on the list here. Alternatively, you will see games that the other gaming sites don’t mention. We are taking notice of these games. You can expect reviews for many of them if given half a chance! It should be noted that unless we have some personal experience with the game, there’s a link to the descriptions on the Steam website.
A Winters End – November 2nd
At Winter’s End is a cosy narrative dice-rolling RPG about 12-year-old Noel growing up in the forest of spirits. Explore the forest and complete quests while rolling dice to see how Noel responds to their challenges.
Play as Noel, a 12-year-old child who has grown up exploring the lakes and woods surrounding their home. These are no ordinary woods, however, and in these woods, Noel has befriended the spirits of the woods. The Wind, Lake, and Stone are just a few of their best friends. Stone, the oldest spirit of nature, told them once that nature only appears to the youngest humans and that one day, they’d no longer be able to see nature the same way. Thirteen years is all they get with these friends.
Mina reviewed At Winter’s End and said this in her conclusion:
At Winter’s End is okay. I didn’t fall in love with it, and the dice rolling aspect didn’t add anything to the game. However, it is super cute, beautifully rendered, and worth a playthrough if you like visual novels.
Logic Town – November 3rd
Logic Town is a relaxing coffee-break puzzle game based on Einstein Puzzles (AKA Zebra Puzzles). In each puzzle, you must follow the clues to eliminate answers until you’ve found the truth.
The animals of Logic Town need your help! Solve the puzzles to help them redecorate.
Yvonne reviewed Logic Town and said this in her conclusion:
It will come as no surprise that I love Logic Town. It runs smoothly, the puzzles are great, and the variety keeps it fresh. Being busy with restoring the town, venue after venue, adds a nice touch and a goal to strive for. If you like your logic puzzles, I believe you can’t get any better than this!
Ebenezer and the Invisible World – November 3rd
Embark on a story-rich 2D Metroidvania adventure with breathtaking hand-drawn art, playing as miser-turned-hero Ebenezer Scrooge in a reimagined Victorian fantasy based on Charles Dickens’ classic novel, A Christmas Carol. Enlist the help of ghosts to save the people of London before it’s too late.
Join Ebenezer Scrooge and a team of spectral allies as they battle to save London from the clutches of the wealthy industrialist Caspar Malthus and his militant Private Guard. With each Ghost lending their unique abilities, explore the dark corners of London and uncover the sinister influence of the Dark Spirit and an army of Unrepentant Ghosts. Will you have the courage to confront Caspar and stop his malevolent plans before it is too late?
James liked the game, writing in the conclusion for his review:
Ebenezer and the Invisible World is a surprisingly good adventure game that really captures the joy and spirit of its source material. Though it takes on the familiar exploration formula, its unique approach to combat and beautiful art style make this something quite special. However, while I do recommend it, you may want to hold this on your wishlist on Switch until all its issues are ironed out.
The Invincible – November 6th

Ikonei Island An Earthlock Adventure – November 7th
Moving out of Early Access to full release, Ikonei Island is yours to discover! Explore and gather resources. Farm the land, craft tools and gear, and build your base or a cosy home.
Harvest materials using tools and creature abilities, then build workshops to create and assemble resources. All of these materials will come in handy to truly customise the island to your liking and uncover its mysteries!
Lottie reviewed Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure and said this:
If you are a fan of Animal Crossing, I would say there is a big chance you will like the gameplay loop of Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure. I do like how it is unnecessary to play Earthlock, even though Ikonei Island is a side story to that game. I enjoyed the title as a standalone experience.
Additionally, Ikonei Island supports co-op play of up to 4 players, with only one player needed to own the game. Give Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure a try here using the demo. The game has a fun gameplay loop with a relaxed atmosphere and can even be played on the Steam Deck!
Tintin Reporter – Cigars of the Pharaoh – November 7th
Tintin and his faithful companion Snowy are going to experience some extraordinary adventures…After meeting Professor Sarcophagus whilst cruising the Mediterranean Sea, the famous reporter sets out in search of the tomb of the Pharaoh Kih-Oskh.
Rich in every aspect of the Tintin universe and with a story full of twists and turns, which are part of Hergé’s great creative legacy, this game plunges you into the heart of mysterious Egypt and other lands of infinite beauty. “Cigars of the Pharaoh” is the fourth adventure in the series.
Cuisineer – November 9th
Cuisineer is a super cute and tasty roguelite-flavored dungeon crawler. Explore a lush world and defeat monsters with your trusty spatula and some boba tea, then gather delicious ingredients and bring them home to cook and serve at your restaurant.
I reviewed Cuisineer and said this in my conclusion:
When I started playing Cuisineer for this review, it took a while for the game to grow on me. I was going to score it lower, but after spending more time with the game, I have revised my score. Looking after the restaurant is fantastic, addictive, and enjoyable. The fighting in the dungeons is frantic, but I like that I can choose when to go dungeon crawling.
Lake – Season’s Greetings DLC – November 15th
It’s Christmas time, 1985. You take on the role of Meredith’s dad, Thomas Weiss, and will be treated to a warm reunion with Providence Oaks and its inhabitants. Get answers to questions that were teased in Lake, meet five completely new characters, and find out which role an almost retired postal worker can play in delivering the Christmas spirit to Providence Oaks.
Note: this is a DLC. You must have the full game to be able to play Lake: Season’s Greetings.
Kaline gave the DLC our highest score, writing in her conclusion:
Lake Season’s Greetings DLC came out at a perfect time for me. Not only that, but it is entirely worth the wait. It is a beautiful, well-crafted addition to an already great game. I hope this is not the last DLC we see for Lake.
American Arcadia – November 15th
American Arcadia is a cinematic puzzle game that combines a 2.5D platformer and first-person game to tell the tale of a thrilling escape. Experience the extraordinary story of Trevor, an average man escaping from the world’s most popular reality TV show.
In this retro-futuristic 70s metropolis, all citizens enjoy a life of luxury and comfort and are completely unaware that they’re being broadcast 24/7.
Kalina gave the game our highest score of Two Thumbs Up and wrote in her conclusion:
American Arcadia is a fun, colorful adventure with a sense of humor, clever puzzles, and enough sense of danger to keep you going forward. It’s the perfect escape for the wintry months ahead!
Loddlenaut – November 16th

You play as an interstellar custodian who is tasked with cleaning up the pollution left behind by spacefaring mega-corporations. Additionally, you’ll befriend local axolotl-like creatures and explore sunken corporate ruins as you revive the planet’s lush ecosystems.
Valerie Liked it a Lot, and wrote in her conclusion:
Loddlenaut is a beautiful gem to add to your collection if you’re into exploration and foraging. With no gameplay clutter, you can get right to do what you want, and with a cozy post-game, you can keep going as long as you like. Combat-free, stress-free, and super cute.
Below the Stone – November 17
Below the Stone is a pixel-art roguelike about dwarves on the quest for the deepest depths. A place where each and every descent will lead to new adventures — and where only the most determined dwarves with many lost lives will be rewarded by the hidden world lying below the stone.
We wrote an Early Access Impressions article which you can find here.
Worldless – November 21st
Worldless is a stylised 2D platformer with a unique, active, turn-based combat system and a mind-bending interpretative narrative. Players embark on a journey of self-growth and understanding, pushing the limits of their nature in a newly born and abstract universe.
James reviewed the game, and wrote in his conclusion:
I liked Worldless, but I wasn’t very good at it. Visually, the game looks great, and I had a lot of fun exploring the world and trying to make sense of the vague story while taking in the scenes and listening to the score. Combat, however, is tough.
