PuffPals Island Skies is a wholesome life simulator game where you can collect, farm, customize and explore new lands with cute and fluffy PuffPals! I love the look of this game giving off cosy vibes. The developer Fluffnest has started a Kickstarter campaign, the game will eventually be released on Steam.

SNUFKIN Melody of Mooninvalley

Wholesome direct LadiesGamers

This is a musical adventure game. Snufkin needs to restore the harmony of Moominvalley, after a series of grotesque parks have appeared and ruined the valley’s natural balance. The game is an ambient and wholesome experience for both kids and adults and combines open world-mechanics with puzzles, stealth and melodic elements.

Hello GoodBoy

Hello Goodboy LadiesGamers

Hello Goodboy is a heartwarming, wholesome adventure featuring Iiko, a boy new to the afterlife. With no memory of what brought him to the world beyond, he must rely on Coco, a strangely familiar dog who will help him solve the mysteries of this new existence.

You’ll journey through unknown, yet familiar places, meeting fellow souls on their own adventures through the afterlife. Craft a personal fairy tale atmosphere and a heartwarming story, as Iiko and Coco make their way through the afterlife.

Lost in Play features a brother and sister on an imagination-fueled journey back home. Along the way, they’ll encounter magnificent creatures like a giant stork, magical seaweed, friendly frogs, and travelling goblins.

Go on a feel-good adventure with a brother and sister as they explore dreamscapes and befriend magical creatures. Lost in their imagination, Toto and Gal must stick together and solve puzzles to journey back home. This whimsical puzzle adventure game will make you feel like you’re playing a cartoon.

Mika and The Witch’s Mountain

wholesome direct LadiesGamers

Help Mika earn her stripes, roaming around the island and earning upgrades with each successful delivery. Along the way, you’ll get to know each of the quirky characters in town. But be warned, flying is a dangerous business, and packages are easily damaged in transit!

In addition, this is a combat-free game for curious hearts. Soar with the wind and discover a bewitching open world with secrets hidden in every nook and cranny.

Terra Nil

Terra Nil is my kind of game, it is a reverse city builder about ecosystem reconstruction. You must turn a barren wasteland into an ecological paradise complete with different flora and fauna. Then clean up, leaving the environment pristine. Subverting the builder genre, Terra Nil is about the restoration of a ravaged environment.  I can’t wait to play this one!

Jack is a humble bear with a simple dream: to return nature to its former glory with the help of his trusty axe and his animal friends. Slice and dice through machinery, slap some sense into wasteful humans. Work with wacky woodland critters to thwart the sinister plans of up-and-coming industrial giant Evil Works.

Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly

In a time when people are isolated from each other, Coffee Talk is a place where we can reconnect over a cup of warm drink. It’s time to revisit your favourite late-night coffee shop and reconnect with your fantasy friends over a warm drink or two. You are a barista, and your customers aren’t always humans, listen to their stories and influence their hearts with a warm cup of coffee or two.

We loved the first episode of Coffee Talk, as you can see in our review here.

Paper Trail

Paper Trail is a top-down puzzle adventure about leaving home, set in a foldable, paper world. You play as Paige, a budding academic, leaving home for the first time to pursue her studies. On the journey, you learn to fold the world, merging two sides to solve puzzles, explore new areas and uncover long-lost secrets.

Passpartout 2: The Lost Artist

Break free from the confinements of the studio and explore the endearing puppet town of Phénix. Draw and sell art on the go using your handy foldable easel. Get to know the residents and what makes them tick. Help them out with commissions, like drawing a new logo for Steve’s café or a mural for the school! Or why not buy a studio so you can work from home.

Blend tea and friendship in the flavorful world of Pekoe, a cosy cat-filled tea-making simulator about taking the time for self-care and connecting with what makes you happy. Build relationships, upgrade your teahouse, and discover new recipes as you work towards creating a place you can call home.

ODDADA is a little music game based in a fantasy toy world. Take your train through different landscapes, machines and buildings to collect melodies and rhythms and create your own musical journey.

This is a rogue-lite music builder where you go through 6 random levels to build different musical pieces such as bass lines, melodies and rhythms. In the final level you’ll perform with the music blocks you have collected.

Garden Witch Life

After losing your job you end up in a small town far away from home. As luck would have it you get to stay in a vacant witches’ house and start building your new life. Build your own garden, grow plants for your potions and spells and build friendships with the town’s folk.

Restore and reinvent an old magical garden. Grow peculiar plants and ingredients for potions and make it home to all manner of critters and spirits.

Embark on a journey to discover the legacy of Sir Reginald Sharkingston as you complete his journal! Take to the skies, and travel far and wide, discover exotic landmarks, visit faraway towns, trade with their hosts, complete quests, catch fish, discover artefacts, and make a name for yourself! The whole world is your sea now, so be sure to see all that it has to offer.

What a brilliant Wholesome Direct, so many great games on the horizon, too many for us to mention here. So here’s the video of the Wholesome Direct in case you missed it.
