Mail Time is a short adventure with the objective of delivering just one letter. However, it doesn’t take long to realise this letter will not be an express delivery, as you don’t know the recipient or where they live. Mail Time scored our highest rating, and you know our motto: when we love a game, we try to make a guide!
Most of the quests in Mail Time involve delivering letters between different residents. After all, you are a Mail Scout (in training)! However, there are a few requests which require collecting items. This guide will help you track them down.
Finding Kiki’s Coins
There are four coins to find, all located around the woodland village. The fifth mentioned in the patch is given as a reward. The coins can be found before receiving the quest.

Earth coin: Follow the path up the hill past Shelby. At the fork, go right, carrying on up the hill. As you enter the area with purple flowers, you will see a hollow log on the left side. The Earth Coin is located inside.

Taol coin: After going through the hollow log, jump over the rock and keep going, slightly to the left. You will see a group of 5 white mushrooms. Use these to bounce up to the mushroom ledge, where the Taol Coin is. Alternatively, use the yellow flowers to the left of Egbert’s house to jump up.
Flower coin: Located on the top of the rock pile where Irene is standing.

Mushroom coin: Use the wooden walkways above the village area. The Mushroom Coin is located at the end of a walkway above Haley’s house.
Finding Toph’s Mushroom Samples
You will need to speak to Toph before collecting the mushroom samples. There are nine samples to collect, and they are scattered around the whole of Grumblewood Grove. There are clues as to their location on the sign next to Toph.

Red Cage: There are two large rocks near Kiki’s coin-covered lean-to. The red cage mushroom is located just behind the rocks.

Scarlet Elfcup: The other side of the road, towards the right-hand tunnel. It can be seen from the stump, where Snowdrop has her telescope.
Gold Tuft: The gold tuft mushrooms are located on a log at the far end of the bamboo pond area behind Jim’s house.

Parrot Waxcap: Head towards Max in the bamboo area. There is a ledge, just over the edge on the left, near the wooden shelter. The mushroom is on that ledge.
Blue Pinkgill: Located within Kaz’s cave.
Indigo Milkcap: From the blue windmill in the farm area, head towards the log which blocks the stream. There is a tree stump on the left, and the blue pinkgill is located just next to it. You could also jump over the log from the swamp.
Amethyst Deceiver: Exit the toadstool ring, where Toph is standing, and turn right towards the main swamp. Just down on your right, in amongst the dark red flowers, is the amethyst deceiver.
Purple Pinwheel: As you exit the swamp towards the flower field, go right and by the well wall, you’ll see the purple mushrooms.
Wrinkled Peach: Next to Basil’s house up on the picnic area.
Picking Up the Litter in Mail Time
These can be collected before receiving the quest. All five pieces are found around the picnic area.

Crumpled soda can: Just in front of Soks.
Apple core: Continue past Soks, walking towards the wooden walkway to the bamboo area. Before crossing the bridge, you will see some apples to the right. The apple core is with them.
Dirty napkin: Continue walking past the apples and Basil. There is a tree stump with two wine glasses and a bottle. The dirty napkin is with them.

Discarded battery: Using the tall green plant nearest the wine bottle and glasses, do a jump and glide to reach the tree branch.
Broken bottle: On top of the rocks near the picnic blanket.
Finding the Bottle Tops
These items aren’t needed for any quest. However, you will need some of them to complete the Archeologist Patch of finding 40 trinkets.

Berry blast bottlecap: Head towards Max in the bamboo area. Go towards the cliff edge on the left. Mushrooms are growing on the large tree in the flower field. Glide to them and jump around that tree to the wooden walkway. Go along the walkway, and then, using the mushrooms, jump up to the branch where the bottle cap is.
Grape soda bottlecap: Head towards the swamp from the flower field. On the right is a large set of rocks with a wooden walkway leading to a tree. Follow the walkway, and using the mushroom ledges and branches, jump to the tree house. The bottle cap is under the window, just beyond the door.
Honey-drawn bottlecap: Located on the middle fence post, separating the flower field from the farm. You can glide to it from the well roof, a tall tree or from the wooden walkway between the picnic area and bamboo area.
Lemon aid bottlecap: In the broken flower pot, near the hole in the fence to the farm.

Pine brew bottlecap: Use the walkways in the woodland village to get enough height to glide to the walkway leading to the apple tree. From the star-covered apple, you can glide down to the tree branch.
Finding the Crystals in Mail Time
Again, these items aren’t needed for any quest.
Aquamarine crystal: This crystal is on the roof of the lean-to at the back of the blue windmill.

Aventurite crystal: Head towards Max in the bamboo area. Go towards the cliff edge on the left. There are mushrooms growing on the large tree in the flower field. The crystal is on the highest one.

Obsidian crystal: Head towards the swamp, going past Swomp. There is a tall tree, slightly to the left, with mushrooms growing from it. Going round the other side of it, as there is a root which can be used to jump up higher. Jump and glide to the branch where the obsidian is.
Rose quartz crystal: In the flower sack in the picnic area as you head towards the wooden walkway.

HELP how do i get to the mountain with the green mushrooms and bamboo I’m stuck only at this part and have everything else completely finished
Hi Willow,
Hope you are enjoying Mail Time. If you climb Egbert’s tree (use the walkways above Haley), there is a swing to the right. Use this to jump round the tree to Clarence. You can then use the branch to glide across to the picnic area. The walkway to the bamboo area is to your left. The green mushrooms are on a ledge, just off the cliff to the left side, before you get to Max. Hope that helps.
Kind regards, Lynne
