Hidden Cats: Thief is a 2024 hidden object game developed and released by FM Simple Games Studio and Sons of Welder. It is the third game in the same developers’ Hidden Cats series.

The Gameplay of Hidden Cats: Thief
In Hidden Cats: Thief, we have a detailed picture of the interior of a museum house with a hundred cats to find inside. Some of the cats are hidden behind doors and other interactive objects. Within the picture there are also four artefacts to find. The scene is divided into panels, like in a comic book. We can zoom in and out of the picture and move it around.
Once a cat is found, it’s orange on an otherwise light orange-colored landscape. At the top of the screen is a counter for the remaining cats. Once we finish the cat’s level, another level is unlocked, where we have the same picture but have to find rubber chickens.

The game has basic audio settings – the music is pleasant but nothing special. While the picture is fun, it should be noted that the game is short. I completed it in less than 20 minutes, along with all the Steam achievements. It was longer than expected because I spent about half of that time looking for one single cat. I firmly believe that games like that need to have a hint button.
Conclusion
Much like the previous games in the series, Hidden Cats: Thief is a short and sweet hidden object game. If you need something concise, this might be the game for you.
Final Verdict: I Like it
