Your Personal Chill Apartment is a 2025 gamified productivity app, developed and released by
Indovers Studio. The game allows you to create your own cozy rooms while listening to relaxing music and completing real-life tasks to earn in-game coins for upgrading the rooms.
The Gameplay of Your Personal Chill Apartment
In Your Personal Chill Apartment, we start with an empty room and hundreds of furniture and decoration options to make the space our own little digital safe haven. We can repaint any object to any color we want, and we can even save our favorite colors to a palette for quick access.
We need coins to buy furniture and decorations, and this is where our productivity app feature comes in – we have task lists and lo-fi music playlists. Of course, we can also cheat the system a little bit by generating tasks and marking them up as complete. Additionally, we can assign up to 999 coins to each task. So in a few minutes, we can generate enough coins to play with all the furniture and decorations.
The Visual Style
A significant aspect of the decorating games is their visual style. In Your Personal Chill Apartment, the furniture and decorations have a cozy, rounded look. The colors are warm, and of course, we have the recoloring option. We also have a lot of cozy decorations and interactive objects, including a cat.
The game also features ambient sounds, and we can change the weather at any time. Changing the weather changes the light inside the room, as well as the ambient sounds.
While the game title mentions an apartment, in reality, we have multiple saves, each containing one room to decorate.
Some Other Things
As mentioned, Your Personal Chill Apartment has several save slots. The saving system is manual, meaning we need to save our progress each time we exit the game.
The game has a tutorial, which is always accessible via an “I” button (for information!) in the upper corner of the screen.
Your Personal Chill Apartment has Steam achievements, but no Trading cards yet. The game has basic audio and video settings.
Conclusion
Your Personal Chill Apartment is a welcome addition to the crowded landscape of productivity apps. While it doesn’t bring anything new to the table, the game does what it sets out to do – to allow us to create some chill digital spaces, quite nicely.
