You might pick up the quests in a slightly different order than I did when I was playing the game, And some quests you will receive before you can actually finish them, as you either need better tools, ingredients or an upgraded boat. If you come across a quest you can’t do at that particular time move on to one you can do. Don’t forget to take care of your ever growing crops field, plant trees and feed and pet any animals you have on Koa’s home island,
Take your time and explore the sea’s of Mara and the world around you. Each time your out sailing on your boat, make sure to hit the barrels floating in the water as you will find resources in them. Like any game that relies on resources you should be gathering each and every item anytime you see them on your travel.
A Questing We Will Go
On the left side of the undiscovered portion of the map that you can now get to, go straight across from Qälis island, past Pini cave until you reach a new island.
Rest Island, here you will find some pigs to feed and pet and also the pineapple for the recipe to make the special dish for Caleb, now you given another quest to take the same dish to Noho, quest: cook Noho style paella 2 x rice, 1 x fried egg, 2 x butter and make Caleb try it. On returning to Caleb you get a recipe for Paella, 2 x rice, 2 x tomatoes, 2 x peppers.. New quest: cook paella like Caleb wants it, return to Caleb and you get a new recipe for a sliver hoe.
Caleb, New quest: take Caleb’s custom blueprint to Akaji, new recipe Caleb’s plate and quest: make Caleb’s plate 2 x silver ingot, 1 x gold ingot.
Give Caleb the plate, quest: collect the page of sales from Onzo diary, Onzo gives you the page return to Caleb.
Talk to Brram, quest: distract Taka so that Brram can leave. Talk to Taka for quest: meet Brram and mayo behind Awan’s restaurant.
Talk to Brram to get this quest: collect 3 x flour and 1 x squid for Brram’s main dish, return to Brram.
Go back to Nopopo to get this quest: dive at the Owe tree to look at Nopopo house. After completing this quest return to Blu and Napopo to talk, quest: take the special pearl to a temple as an offering from Napopo on Dunna’s island. Return to Napopo to get chocolate ice pop recipe and quest: make a chocolate ice cream for Koa and Napopo, 1 x chocolate, 2 x walnut, 1 x wood.
In the sea around Settling island ( bottom left island that’s undiscovered) you’ll find the pirate Taima who give’s Koa this quest: Make a Pom ton drum 2 x fabric, 4 x wood, 1 x rope for Taima the pirate. When you have made the drum, press A on the quest screen for that particular quest and you will be shown when Taima is to return the drum to her.
Over The Sea We Go
On Settling Island Blu and Napopo are at the top of the hill, if you speak to Blu you get a recipe to craft a bee hive on Koa’s Home island. And a quest to build the bee hive on Koa’s island.
At the bottom of the map you can now visit Elit station and speak to CB the mechanic to get a quest: take blackberry juice to CB, and upon giving him the juice you get quest: speak with Dunna about CB and the Elit research station. Dunna, give’s you a new structure a workshop, Dunna quest: take 1 x metal tube, 5 x screws, 2 x silver ingot to CB to repair the station. With CB again you get another quest: go back and speak to Dunna.
Head back to Qälis island, quest: take the pirate cannon to Akaji so she can prepare them, Akaji gives you a recipe for gunpowder barrels and a quest: bring Akaji 20 x metal, 12 x wood, 2 x barrel with gunpowder. Quest: take the canons to the pirate at Puni Cave. Recipe for a pirate flag, quest: take 5 x watermelons to forbidden outcrop.
Pirate Rigatta quest: get the sunken spyglasses back to Rigatta. After returning the spyglasses to Rigatta, quest: take spyglasses to Aquila and return to forbidden outcrop once again.
Quest from Onzo: get Onzo sunglasses back, sail to Gold Cay to find the glasses.
Sail to Gold Cay and chat to Mr Ecco a pirate, quest: bring 5 x copper ore in exchange for the sunglasses. Quest: take sunglasses to Onzo. Quest: take Onzo’s broken watch to Akaji. Recipe for batteries and quest: collect a batteries for the watch and return to Akaji. Quest: take repaired watch back to Onzo.
Quest: talk to Saimi about the pirate. Quest: Bet Jets gramophone in a race against Ereti. quest: race Ereti.
Quest: bring a Haku flower to Ereti When you take the flower to Ereti you get this quest: race Ereti once more.
Then head to Qälis island once you get this quest: ask Saimi about Haku’s letter, Saimi gives you a quest: Ask Akaji about Fink, when you talk to Akaji you get this quest: ask Noho about Fink, now back to quest: ask Aquila about Fink.
Quest: pay 999 coins to Aquila for a copy of the Runic stone. Then take it to Saimi.
Talk to Blu, quest: make an offering to the temple on Qälis
Quest: speak to Saimi. Quest: go back to Koa’s island the Elits are plotting something.
Quest: ask Saimi about the Chrystalis of the door
Quest: ask Dunna for the Chrystalis of the door.
Dunna gives Koa this quest: look for the Chrystalis that was thrown into the sea. Once there you met Rigatta, quest: recover the ring and the Chrystalis by diving, Return the ring to Rigatta, quest: take the Chrystalis to Dunna.
You get a new recipe upon talking to Donna, quest: return to Saimi with a Haku’s flower. After giving the flower to Saimi, Onzo appears, new recipe for Yummy fish, quest: cook the dish for Saimi, 1 x red tail catfish, 2 x carrots, 1 x orange jam.
Read tail cat fish can be caught in the pond on Koa’s home island.
Return to Saimi, quest: call the pirate’s so they will carry out the attack against the Elits.
Return to Qälis and speak to Akaji, quest: bring paper and an empty bottle to Akaji, in return you get this quest: take Akaji letter to the Cave of Love, sail to Puni Cave.
Before you go to the cave stop of at the mansion and talk to Aquila, quest: take the treasure map to Rigatta. The area to go to is highlighted on the map, Midnight Beach.
Chatting to Rigatta, quest: get the buried treasure and take it to Aquila and talk to her again to get, quest: make 4 bars of soap and bring them to Rigatta.
New recipe, for a canvas from Rigatta, quest: make a canvas 1 x fabric, 4 x wood, 1 x vegetable oil and take it to Aquila.
Quest: bring some berry juice to Rigatta, when you do bring her the juice talk to Rigatta again, quest: catch a manta ray with Rigatta. Ecco appears and you get a new recipe for a metal fishing rod. Another quest: look for Rigatta’s cube at the bottom of the sea.
You’ll find Taima near the Qwe tree, quest: ask Brram about pumpkin pie.
Brram gives you a pumpkin pie and the recipe for pumpkin pie.
Find Taima and give her the pie, talk to her again and get a recipe for a bird house and quest: build a bird house on Home island,
Speak to Awan for quest: take a box of chocolates to Akaji. Return to Awan to get this quest: take Awan’s salad to Taka.
After you deliver the salad go back to Mayo, quest: talk to Mr Ecco about his biggest fan. Talk to Ecco and you given a quest: bring Mr Ecco’s Pirate hook to Mayo, which you will find at Qurul Island return to Mayo to get a new structure a swing. Quest: build Mayo’s swing on Koa’s home island,
Talk to Awan, quest: catch 3 x salmon for Awan and Taka, return to Awan to get this quest: distribute Awan’s and Taka’s dish to the people of Mara, as your deliver the dish speak to Saimi, for a recipe for an Observatory and a new quest: build and Observatory on home island. When you go back to Awan, you get a recipe for a Totem,
Speak to Edegan to get the next, quest: Pay Haku’s debt for the boat, 10000 ouch!
Talk to Akaji, to be given this quest: talk to Pilly, Milly and Tilly!
When you talk to the three in the market you get this quest: take a lollipop to Akaji for a Litio. Talk to Akaji to get this quest: collect a piece of the colossus robot from the North, the top right corner of the map, it’s floating in the water.
On Koa’s home Island you get talk to Nopopo to get this quest: open the door of the Guardians.
On the way to the Guardian’s door Koa meets Fink, Baron. and CB.
Quest: open the guardian door with the four Chrystalis
Speak to Napopo, quest Take care of Mara.
Has anyone else noticed farm animals floating in the air while you’re traveling between islands? I no longer find animals to rescue out at sea, they’re just randomly floating in the air.
Also, I can’t interact with Ereti at Forbidden Outcrop to start the second race. Her boat is there but I can’t talk to her.
