Hidden Things: Forest Elves is an upcoming hidden object game developed and released by Galysh Company. A demo of the game is available on its Steam page.

The Gameplay of Hidden Things: Forest Elves
In Hidden Things: Forest Elves, we explore two settlements of forest elves who are engaged in different activities. The demo version shows one of the settlements. At the bottom of the screen, we have a slider that slowly fills in as we find hidden elves. After seeing several elves, we unlock another item to look for – everything ranging from berries to spiderwebs and acorns. Each item has its hint button. An interesting feature is that the scene can endlessly be rotated in a circle.

The World of Hidden Things: Forest Elves
The art of the game is beautiful, at the start we have an almost dark forest scene. Once we find an elf or another item, the found item is colored and gets lit in different colors. The result is a very prettily lit-up scene.
The soundtrack is pleasant and relaxing. However, it can also be turned off.
Some Other Things
Hidden Things: Forest Elves has basic audio and visual settings. The demo is on the shorter side – it took me less than 10 minutes to complete the scene.
Final Thoughts
Hidden Things: Forest Elves is shaping up to be a pleasant addition to the hidden object genre. I’ll be happy to see how the full game measures up to the demo.
