The world of Archaica: The Path of Light is a gorgeous and remarkable place using simple mechanics involving beams of light and mirrors that is brilliantly done.
You’ll need your spatial awareness and problem solving skills to be on form and working well to solve the puzzles. I never felt frustrated with the puzzles; between having the hints available to use, and no timer, you’re free to move the mirrors and splitters around the level at your own pace.
Adding in new challenges and new concepts as the game progresses, the game always has something fresh ahead for the player. This stops the repetitive nature of some games settling in, and turns an otherwise simple premise into quite the detailed challenge.
If you a big fan of puzzle games, I would recommend Archaica: The Path of Light take a spot on your Nintendo Switch.

Crime O’Clock is a well-put-together game that held my attention right until the last clue was found and the case solved. I liked having Eve’s help, and I loved the humour. Additionally, being a detective is incredibly satisfying when you solve a case, and all clues and the ticks fall into place to reveal the culprit. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being a detective, and for players who like using their deduction skills, Crime O’Clock has crimes aplenty to solve.

Stranded Sails – Explorers of the Cursed Islands is an open-world, exploration and farming adventure full of quests and discovery!
Yvonne took to the high seas in Stranded Sails – Explorers of the Cursed Islands.
The game offers a good package of the things we love in simulation games. Farming, fishing, exploring, questing and fighting, all wrapped up in a good story.
Stranded Sails isn’t a clone of one of the big gaming franchises, it takes on new ideas in a genre I absolutely love. The sense of exploration is there, the tasks you have to do never feel empty. The crew members turn into your quirky team-mates that you have to protect. And who can resist the mystery that you have to discover? I certainly can’t.
This is the kind of simulation games that is right at home on the Switch, a worthy addition to the genre. I give it a rating of I like it a Lot!
