Howdy all!

My name is Ben! TheBenAlder is just my web handle so forget all that haha. I’m pleased to be back in touch with old friends Yvonne and Evriun and hope I can offer the site and its members a fresh face and experiences to share.

I’ve been gaming since very young. After my formulative years with SEGA and Playstation, I made a surprise jump into Nintendo during the Game Cube days. These days I am now very Nintendo focused but keep a place on my desk for PC and Playstation gaming. Genre-wise, adventure and RPG are my comforts but I am open to trying almost anything. I am passionate about Animal Crossing, Kingdom Hearts, The Legend Of Zelda, Sonic The Hedgehog and Pokémon.

IRL I am a Pharmacy Manager in the south of England. I live with my wife, 3 children and spend most of my downtime with them. I have been with my wife for 11 years (since we were 14) and we have only just had our third baby at time of writing. Still finding time to game though, with the Switch allowing all my spare pockets of time to be filled with all sorts of adventure. I’m very excited for Kingdom Hearts and Animal Crossing this year, I imagine I will be able to share more with you all as we go.
