Capybara Games, the studio behind Below, Grindstone, and Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP, has released their newest project, Find Your Words, now available completely free on Steam for PC players. Alongside the free release, an optional Supporter Pack is available for $4.99, offering the game’s soundtrack and a charming digital booklet filled with printable activities, including a bird‑watching journal.
A Wordless Adventure About Connection
Find Your Words invites players to channel their inner child and step into a colourful summer camp adventure where communication happens entirely without spoken language.
Set in the scenic grounds of Camp Pals, players build a community by forming friendships with a quirky cast of characters, exploring the environment, and discovering new activities tucked away in every corner.
Designed for all ages, the game aims to spark wonder in children and nostalgia in adults. As players explore, they collect symbols for their communication binder, learning how different combinations create unique meanings and unlock new interactions.

Find Your Words: Inspired by Real Journeys
The project has deeply personal roots for the team at Capybara Games.
“Find Your Words started as a fun project to celebrate our boys and the journey that they both have been on to find their voices using symbols,” said co‑creator Jon Maur.
The game was developed with input from speech‑language pathologists and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) users, ensuring its symbol‑based communication system is both thoughtful and authentic.
Co‑creator Vic Nyugen adds:
“We’re super proud of what we’ve built, but what we have is just a snapshot of AAC representation. We hope this sparks players to learn more about the different ways humans communicate.”
