The world has been hit with a near extinction level event. The Professor is, he believes, the last human left. He knows it’s too dangerous on the surface, so he sets his sights elsewhere. On creating something to go up for him. And so, he manages to create you, an android.
As a newly born android, it is on your shoulders to bring life back to the planet. Start with a couple of primordial genes and expand your horizons. Welcome to the new adventure that is World For Two.

Android Can, Human Can Not
The vast wasteland that is the bog is your first terrain to explore. Using the elevator in the lab you were born, you can go to the surface. Your main mission is to fire up the natural energy sources, as seen below. Since the Professor can’t go to the surface, it’s up to you.
As you create new life, the Professor will be there to help you along. Whether he gives you verbal clues to new combinations, or tells you about a new habitat to explore. Professor is the smartest man we know!
You need to harvest the natural energy to be able to create more genes to fuse our harvested DNA with. Some only have one combination, others have branches, with up to four different combinations to find.

Small Snippet

Once you’ve started creating new life, you need to then harvest the DNA from them. As seen in the picture above, there is a simple minigame to unlock the DNA of your latest creations.
All you have to do is pick the correct sequence that completes the bottom half of this DNA sequence. There appears to be no time limit, so there is no rush.
Music, Atmosphere, Feeling

Sometimes, I found myself just zoning out. The music, a beautiful piano mainly, on the surface is just sublime, it’s so calming and soothing. It is just perfect for the style of game. Also, can’t wait to start again and try the new piano quintet music ♥
The music goes hand-in-hand with the laidback attitude of World For Two. There really is no rush or urgency in anything you need to do. Just move at your own pace.
The style used to portray the characters and creatures is simply gorgeous. I love the backgrounds, the way the sunlight can make such dramatic looking moments, as can the moonlight. The simple graphics really compliment the rest of the game, Seventh Rank have really done themselves a great service with this game.
In The End For The World Of Two…

It’s such a thrillingly beautiful game, to the eyes, the ears, and even to the brain. I always felt so calm playing, it’s almost ridiculous.
This game tugged my heartstrings quite a few times. Especially the Chapter 0 you unlock once you’ve completed the main game. If you’re looking for a laidback, fun, interesting, wholesome game, I recommend World For Two.
Final Verdict: I Like It A Lot
