Cats vs Trolls is a 2025 hidden object game developed and released by FM Simple Games Studio and Sons of Welder. It is yet another game in the same developers’ Hidden Cats series.

The Gameplay of Cats vs Trolls

In Cats vs Trolls, we have three detailed pictures of landscapes, each containing 20 to 35 trolls, up to 60 cats and different numbers of arrows and keys to find. Before finding the trolls, we need to find arrows. We can zoom in and out of the picture and move it around. We also have a rechargeable hint button.

Once a cat is found, it’s saved and disappears from an otherwise light green landscape. At the top of the screen is a counter for the remaining cats and trolls.

Some Other Things

The game has basic audio settings – the music is pleasant, but nothing special. While the pictures are fun, it should be noted that the game is short. I completed it in about 15 minutes, along with all the Steam achievements.

Conclusion

Much like the previous games in the series, Cats vs Trolls is a short and sweet hidden object game. If you need something short, this might be the game for you.

Final Verdict: I Like it. I like it
