The next chapter in the My Time series is taking shape. My Time at Evershine has been revealed in a new cinematic trailer, following its appearance at Summer Game Fest Play Days, where media and creators were able to go hands-on with the game at Nintendo’s booth.
My Time at Evershine is an expansion of the beloved series, that years ago brought us My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandrock, both games we loved. The game is currently planned for release in 2027 on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
A New Beginning In The My Time Universe
My Time at Evershine continues the story set after My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandrock. Set three years after the events of Sandrock, the game introduces a new perspective in the series.
For the first time, you step into the role of a Governor, tasked with helping a struggling frontier settlement grow into a thriving city-state. This shift places a stronger focus on leadership and long-term development, while still keeping the familiar life sim foundations.

At the heart of My Time at Evershine is a mix of cosy life simulation and larger-scale community building. You recruit citizens, develop infrastructure, and guide the settlement’s growth.
Every decision you make plays a part in shaping the future of the town. From how you expand your settlement to how you interact with its residents, your choices influence both the world and the people within it.
All Things that Make a Life Sim Great
Alongside building systems, the game continues the series’ focus on relationships. You can form friendships and romances with characters, while also uncovering deeper stories tied to the world.
There are mysteries to explore as well, including ancient secrets hidden beneath the surface of this hopeful post-apocalyptic setting. These elements add a narrative layer that runs alongside everyday activities.
You can experience My Time at Evershine on your own or with others. The game supports online co-op for up to four players, allowing you to build and explore together.
Additional activities, such as seasonal events, mini-games, and hidden discoveries, offer more ways to engage with the world beyond the main storyline.
