Outbound has received its first major content update, bringing a relaxing new fishing system to players across all platforms, including Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Available now as a free download, the Fishing Update expands the cosy survival and exploration experience with new activities, collectibles, and customisation options.
Cast A Line And Discover New Species
The highlight of the update is a fully featured fishing system. Players can craft different tiers of fishing rods and catch dozens of fish species spread across the game’s various biomes.
The new feature fits naturally into Outbound’s laid-back approach, giving players another way to spend time exploring the world and gathering resources at their own pace.
The update also introduces additional building options, allowing you to further personalise the interior of your mobile home and create an even cosier living space.
