Good news for those of you who live in Europe and Australia. You’ve waited for it long enough but now, Rune Factory 4 will be released December 11! This latest spin off from the Harvest Moon games, which are now know as Story of the Seasons, will be downloadable in the eShop only. You can’t buy the physical game, so if you want to put it on your Christmas wish list, you’d better ask for a Nintendo eShop points card!
It it will be available for £24.99/€29.99 and $49.95 AUD, and I can tell you, it will be well worth it. The Rune Factory games presents a perfect combination of farming, questing, and crafting. Plus it includes finding yourself the perfect bachelor or bachelorette. Of course, we all have our gaming preferences, but I can tell you, if you’ve loved Fantasy Life in the past months, I’d look into this one too. A lot of comparisons have been made to other games when Fantasy Life was released, but I think this is the closest comparison.
The only thing about the game that I would like to have improved, is that there’s no multiplayer or Streetpassing extras. A pity, because they would have made the game perfect.
