Welcome. It’s time to look at the Upcoming Steam Games in June 2025 that we have on our radar. But aside from our Upcoming Steam Games, if you play on Nintendo Switch, we also have an Upcoming Switch Games article.
Upcoming Steam Games
Furthermore, not all games to be released are on the list here. Alternatively, you will see games that the other gaming sites don’t mention. We are taking notice of these games, and you can expect reviews for many of them if given half a chance! It should be noted that unless we have some personal experience with the game, there’s a link to the descriptions on the Steam website.
Bathhouse Creatures – June 2nd

Bathhouse Creatures is a small and cosy management game about running bathhouses for silly talking animals. Serve quirky animal guests, upgrade your bathhouse facilities, uncover heartfelt, wholesome stories and watch your bathhouse grow to be the best it can be!
Bring an old and abandoned bathhouse back to its former glory! Place bathtubs, purchase decorations, and upgrade facilities to attract local folk who will come and soak their stresses away.
Mina joined the animals in the bathhouse and liked the game, saying in conclusion:
I understand that this is a cute little game that most likely didn’t mean anything by the whole in-game stereotypes of animals, so I want to give it the benefit of the doubt. However, if this sort of way of portraying species might feel bad to you, I would steer clear of Bathhouse Creatures. If this sort of thing doesn’t bother you, then it’s a perfectly cute little sim. I had fun with it; it wasn’t the best sim I’ve ever played, but I would play it again.
Rise of Industry 2 – June 3rd

80’s USA… a time and place of rapid innovation, globalisation and unprecedented profits. To dominate this competitive industrial landscape, you’ll need to build a cutting-edge manufacturing powerhouse and cultivate a Rolodex full of jet-setting business contacts. Welcome to the land of opportunity!
In pursuit of unprecedented profits, you’ll need to seize every opportunity to innovate and grow each business you’re tasked with managing. Ever dream of running a hub of automotive production? A world-class winery with sweeping vineyard vistas? A sprawling mining operation extracting and refining valuable minerals? Or an aviation enterprise that assembles aeroplanes that will soar through the skies of an increasingly interconnected world?
To stay on top, you’ll need to optimise your production chains, import and export goods within the global market, keep up to date with the latest and greatest technologies, maintain strong relations with the local government, and expand your business network. Make all the right decisions along the way, and you just might be able to fulfil your American dream.
James reviewed Rise of Industry 2 and said this in his conclusion:
Rise of Industry 2 didn’t quite land with me personally, but I can see it striking a chord with fans of complex management sims. If you enjoy games that reward patience, long-term planning, and fine-tuning every aspect of a system, there’s a lot here to enjoy. It’s not built for quick sessions or casual play, at least not at first, but it’s an impressive, detailed game with a unique style and ambition.
For gamers with the time and interest to truly dig in, Rise of Industry 2 might just be your next great challenge.
Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma – June 5th

The Celestial Collapse—a calamity caused by a colossal object crashing into the eastern lands known as Azuma. The devastating impact sent fragments of terrain to the skies above and the seas below. With the earth shattered, the power provided by the runes ceased to flow. The gods of nature vanished soon after. Mountains crumbled and fields withered, leaving the people with nothing…not even hope.
You awaken, startled by a dream of duelling dragons. You don’t remember how or why, but a voice resonates within you. “Accept the power of an Earth Dancer. Use this power to save the land.”
Experience Rune Factory reimagined! Guardians of Azuma is an all-new adventure that takes place in the never-before-seen eastern country of Azuma. Embrace your Earth Dancer powers and fight against the corruption spreading throughout Azuma to bring hope back to this once-prosperous land.
Yvonne reviewed Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma and gave it our highest score of Two Thumbs Up.
Marvelous totally changed direction, and I can say I love it. They kept the essence of farming, exploring, and romance and put a new twist on all of it. Adding a management element into the mix by taking care of various villages and workers is brilliant; it takes away what can ultimately become a tedious chore. To me, the fighting is more difficult, but then I’m never a big fan of action fighting. But by adding story mode, it is very much doable.
There really is so much to tell about Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, I could fill many pages detailing all there is to do in the game. For now, though, I’ll add my verdict to this review.
Train Valley Origins – June 12th

Choo-choo! Train Valley Origins welcomes you to a world of charming locomotives, intricate track layouts, and brain-teasing challenges. Maintain traffic flow through increasingly complex levels, manage switches, optimise railway networks, and ensure your cargo reaches its destination on time, avoiding collisions.
Star Overdrive – June 19th

Set off on a high-speed Hoverboard adventure in Star Overdrive, where fast-paced action collides with the mysteries of a distant alien world. After intercepting a cryptic distress signal, you, the protagonist Bios, find yourself stranded on an enigmatic planet called Cebete. Armed with your versatile Keytar and advanced Hoverboard, you’ll navigate diverse biomes, confront challenges, evolve your hidden powers, and uncover the mystery behind the disappearance of your beloved Nous.
Speed through vast worlds, pull off epic tricks, and use momentum to reach new places. Chain high-flying tricks and boost into battle with seamless, stylish movement.
James reviewed Star Overdrive on the Nintendo Switch and liked it a lot:
Star Overdrive is one of those games that might fly under the radar but deserves a second look from anyone who loves exploration-focused games with strong traversal mechanics. Its combat is light, and some systems (like crafting) could use more clarity, but these are small blemishes in what is otherwise a smooth, satisfying ride. It won’t appeal to every type of gamer, and those looking for fast-paced action or tightly directed stories might find it too laid-back. However, for players who love open-world discovery and creative movement, there’s a lot to love here. The hoverboard alone is worth the price of admission. If you want a taste a free demo is available on the eShop.
