Furthermore, not all games to be released are listed here. Alternatively, you will see games that the other gaming sites don’t mention. We are taking note of these games, and you can expect reviews for many of them if given half the chance. It should be noted that unless we have some personal experience with the game, there’s a link to the descriptions on the Steam website.
Mixtape – May 5th
On their last night together, three friends embark on one final adventure. Play through a mixtape of memories, set to the soundtrack of a generation.
En route to their final party together, a perfectly curated playlist draws three friends into dreamlike reenactments of their formative memories. Experience a variety of narrative vignettes exploring the pivotal moments that shaped them.
Players will immerse themselves in the teenage wasteland by playing through a mixtape of joyful gameplay, from skateboarding and flying to taking photos after hours at an abandoned theme park, hitting baseballs, and putting on a fireworks show from the backseat of a car. It’s the greatest hits of the teenage experience, from the first kiss to the last dance.
Duck Side of the Moon – May 7th
Fly around as Doug, an overworked duck astronaut looking for a new homeworld. Crashed on a strange side of the galaxy, maybe this break is exactly what he needs! Whether you’re exploring or just soaking in the stars, this galaxy is yours to enjoy at your own pace.
Dive into a world filled with secrets! Find rare minerals in glowing caves, win outfits at the funfair, or see what’s bubbling inside the volcano… Whether it’s the highest stars or the deepest mines, every path has something to discover!
Lynne like Duck Side of the Moon, as she wrote in her review:
There is a lot to enjoy in Duck Side of the Moon, the storyline is witty and charming, the exploration is expansive, and the crafting is well structured. At times, flying as Doug was great fun, but I also found it frustrating, especially when needing greater dexterity than my fingers wanted to demonstrate.
However, there is a disconnect between the upgrade path and access to the various areas, and together with the issues I encountered, my overall enjoyment was reduced.
Alabaster Dawn – May 7th
Alabaster Dawn is an Action RPG building on top of the best aspects of Radical Fish Games’ previous title, CrossCode, featuring a deep and engaging combat system, challenging puzzles and an epic story set in a curious world full of secrets to discover and places to explore.

Outbound – May 11th
Outbound is a cozy open-world exploration game set in a utopian near future. Start with an empty camper van and turn it into the home of your dreams – alone or together with your friends. Build and explore at your own pace. Collect materials, craft, and build in and on top of your vehicle with modular parts. Advances in technology and energy efficiency to power your home.
Explore a colourful world in your electric camper van, powered by the sun, wind, or water. Discover iconic landmarks across diverse biomes. Build your moving base with a modular building system. Customise your vehicle with paint, decorations, and furniture to create your own perfect cozy place.
Mina liked Outbound a lot when she reviewed it. She wrote in her conclusion:
Outbound has a lot of great elements to it. It’s fun, it has a lot of cute details, and the whole thing is extremely cozy. There is a lot to love about it, and it encourages you to take you time, sit around, and relax as you slide into your new life.
There were some issues, the stamina being the biggest one for me, but if that doesn’t bother you, you will probably adore Outbound. Overall, it was a good time, and I look forward to completing it in the coming days.
Feline Forensics and the Meowseum Mystery – May 13th
When the phone rings in the Feline Forensics department, that can only mean one thing… it’s time to get your toe beans dirty. In this soft-boiled detective puzzler, you assume the role of a crime-crushing noir tabby who’s all out of catnip. With numerous layers of intrigue and conspiracy, you’ll have to rely on sharp senses and your wisest whisker to uncover the truth of this meowseum mystery.
Kalina reviews Feline Forensics and gave it our highest score, saying in conclusion:
I’ve been in the mood for a good detective story for a while now, and thankfully, Feline Forensics and the Meowseum Mystery didn’t disappoint me. I hope the game is successful enough for the developers to give us another chance to investigate crimes with this particular cat detective.
Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core – May 20th
DEEP ROCK GALACTIC: ROGUE CORE is a spinoff of Deep Rock Galactic with a roguelite twist. The roguelite element means you start each mission with only the most basic equipment, and cooperatively build up powers, weapons and abilities as you go. Each run requires you to think on your feet and work with your team to put together the most powerful builds you can.
All deep mining operations on Hoxxes have suddenly gone dark. An enormous transient disturbance has cut off all contact with our dig sites. Ever since The Grayout, nothing gets in or out.
The Deep Rock Galactic Corporation needs our mining facilities secured and operational immediately. Conventional measures don’t seem to be working. That’s why we’re sending in the Reclaimers.
Coffee Talk Tokyo – May 21st
Coffee Talk Tokyo returns as a cozy, narrative-driven visual novel set in a late-night café in modern Tokyo. Brew drinks, listen to heartfelt stories, and shape the lives of humans and yōkai alike through meaningful conversations and impactful choices.
In a city of paper and steel, where old and new coexist, a small café becomes a refuge from the sweltering summer heat. Behind the counter, you serve the right drink at the right moment while your customers open up about love, loss, identity, and second chances, all to chill lo-fi beats.
Walk The Frog – May 21st
Walk The Frog is a cozy, heartwarming point-and-click adventure with simple, unique drag-and-drop puzzle mechanics. Your task is to assemble Froggo’s world on sticky notes correctly. You can solve the puzzles at your own pace and enjoy a gentle narrative journey with no stress or pressure.
Paralives – May 25th
Hop on, we’re leaving, and your new life awaits! Paralives is a sandbox life simulation game with a great cast of Townies to meet, as well as a vibrant open-world town to explore and make your own. You will feel right at home, should you choose to embark.
Whether you focus on your career, finding love, building a family, or becoming the richest person in town, the story is yours to write in Paralives. But twists and forks in the road await. What will you leave behind?
