Berry Berry Festival is a children’s game about helping out your neighbors. The whole game is about fetch quests and making sure everything is ready for the Berry Berry Festival that is supposed to take place that night.

The Gameplay of Berry Berry Festival

As you probably guessed by the fact that Berry Berry Festival is a game for kids, it’s pretty simple to play. You can walk around and interact with people and things, and that’s it. You start with a quest to fetch items for your mom, which leads you out into the town. There, you talk with your neighbors and gather their quests to make sure everything is ready for the festival.

Get that giant berry berry!

In total, I think there were less than ten quests to go on, which means Berry Berry Festival takes less than an hour to beat if you are quick about it. It’s meant to be something short and sweet, and I think it does a great job of holding your interest the whole time. It’s a wonderful game for children, and I think that kids around eight to ten years of age would adore this cute little tale.

The Pros of Berry Berry Festival

It’s simple, cute, has a good message of helping others when they need it, and is fun to play. I can see a child having a lot of fun with Berry Berry Festival. The artwork and music are adorable, and I didn’t have any issues or experience any bugs.

Don’t cry, buddy; I’ll help you out.

In spite of how short it was, I bet a lot of time and effort went into Berry Berry Festival. It was very well done; the movement was great, and the little games were fun. The developers did a great job of taking a simple premise and story and just executing it exceptionally well.

The ending cutscene was a fun little song that was really heartwarming. Berry Berry Festival did such a wonderful job at building a little tiny world that I cared deeply about.

The Cons of Berry Berry Festival

I didn’t experience any issues with Berry Berry Festival. It was a wonderful little experience, and I would love to play more games by this great developer. However, I think it was a little too short. I didn’t expect it to be too long, of course, considering the price. I think the game would be much more marketable at a slightly elevated price for a few more fetch quests. It took me less than an hour to play through the entire thing, and I assume a child would take much longer to get through it.

Time to dance!

The only other issue I had with Berry Berry Festival was the little dance game. I wish there had been a practice round before it started; it took a few seconds for me to get a handle on it, so I think it would be really challenging for a younger player, especially one that hasn’t been or cannot read the text.

Conclusion

Berry Berry Festival is fun, adorable, well-made, and a great little game for children. I wouldn’t recommend it for adults, mostly because the little games would probably not give you much of a challenge, but it was still a fun time for me. I adore Berry Berry Festival, and I hope this developer makes a ton more wholesome little kids’ games for me to enjoy.

Final Verdict: I Like it a Lot
I like it a lot
