Christmas Day 2020 is here!
Time to unwrap those presents you painstakingly collected for your loved ones. Maybe get a nice present yourself! Your day may hold frantic preparations to get ready to make a special dinner. You might have guests coming for Christmas Day dinner, although many of us, who are under lockdown, won’t have to entertain many people. Have you already planned a good festive outfit, trying to look your best? Or are you going for jeans, like I am?
Christmas has always been a special time for me. I loved Christmas music, often playing it as early as October. And I liked putting up the tree and other decorations. Loved buying a special piece of clothing too, to look my Sunday best. But somehow, in the last couple of years, things like that seem to be getting less important for me, maybe because I’m getting older. And this year, with Covid and lockdowns it’s become even less of a thing.
But, like every year, even this year Christmas is all about sharing it with the people you love (even if it is virtual), and trying to find enough free time to really relax. I hope to do just that! Time to really sit down for Immortals: Fenyx Rising and to finish the last storylines in Café Enchanté.
