Tiny Wonder Studio has also teased a new time travel theme, promising fresh challenges and adventures. Kenichi Nishi, the director, shared that their goal is to create a cosy and comfortable game for all to enjoy.

Shapez 2 Coming to Early Access
shapez 2 will be available in Steam Early Access on August 15th! In this game, you’ll create sleek space factories to break shapes down and form entirely new ones. With infinite resources and no construction costs, you can solve production puzzles at your own pace. Unlock new technologies by creating increasingly complex shapes to feed to the vortex.
There are no predetermined recipes in shapez 2. Buildings perform simple functions like cutting shapes in half, changing their colour, or stacking them, so you’ll need to figure out how to transform basic circles and squares into colourful shapes. The game will start small, letting you use the skills you learn to build larger and more complex factories. New features like space belts and trains, a first for shapez, allow you to transport shapes farther and faster. Plus, the new 3D gameplay lets you layer up to three belts on top of each other for optimal factory efficiency.
During Early Access, shapez 2 can be purchased for $24.99 / €24.99 / £20.99, with more modes and content to be added until its full release.

That’s over 160 household-themed puzzles in all, spanning dishevelled shelves, jumbled drawers, and messy dressers, all in need of rearranging and many with multiple solutions.

Casual Life Sim Sword and Fairy Inn 2
You may already be familiar with the Sword and Fairy universe, but a new kind of game is now coming together in Sword and Fairy Inn 2. You’ll manage a family restaurant, travel the world in search of legendary kitchenware, trade special food items, grow crops and play mini-games. Keeping your customers happy is key to attracting more villagers and making your inn a bustling success.
As you manage the inn, you can assign specific roles to each character you recruit. Along the way, you’ll discover more about your companions – their goals, personalities, skills, and even their comical flaws.

After its release on Steam, the rhythm puzzle game The Lullaby of Life will be released on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One on Wednesday, 7th August 2024.
Paula reviewed the game in spring and wrote in her conclusion:
I don’t love The Lullaby of Life, but I do like it, and I did get quite attached to Bombo while playing the game. I enjoyed the music and how the game looks. But at times, it certainly was not as relaxing as the blurb on the Steam page would lead you to believe.
However, if you have high dexterity and are quick off the mark when pressing the right buttons to send out the soundwaves, then The Lullaby of Life might be for you.
