Trine 2 was one of the first Wii U digital titles I owned and I loved it. Later I purchased Trine: The Enchanted Edition, and I probably preferred that to Trine 2. Due to Trine 3 not being developed for a Nintendo console, Nintendo only gamers didn’t have the opportunity to play it.
Well it has been announced by Modus Software’s Christina Seelye that Trine 4 is heading to Switch in 2019. In a press release, she’s quoted as saying “There’s no doubt Trine 4 will be the game players have been asking for.” Frozenbytes’ CEO Lauri Hyvärinen via the same press release also states that it will be “the best in the series.”
