It’s time for Gaming News. Tonight, we have news about a new limited edition Switch design, a demo for Oninaki, and a much anticipated Kickstarter game that’s due to enter Early Access on Steam.
Nintendo of Japan Announce Disney Themed Switch Console
We’ve known about Disney’s Tsum Tsum Festival game since February’s Nintendo Direct. Unknown to us, Nintendo also planned to design a special edition Switch to coincide with its release in Japan.
The console boasts purple and pink Joy-Cons and Tsum Tsum artwork on both the console and dock. The console will launch in Japan to coincide with the game’s release on 10th October.
There’s currently no news about a western release.
Rune Factor 5 Teaser Trailer
Marvellous Entertainment has released a teaser trailer for their upcoming game Rune Factory 5. Sadly, the video doesn’t include gameplay footage, just snippets of artwork. Hopefully, we will get to see gameplay footage at a later date.

Fantasy Strike now Available in Europe for Switch

Are you interested in a new 2D fighter which has been designed for casual and hardcore players alike? Then Fantasy Strike may be the game you’re looking for.
According to an official email: “Fantasy Strike was designed with accessibility in mind, helping players learn both the game and genre quickly with innovations like detailed in-game video tutorials for each character and visual effects that communicate key concepts like frame advantage.”
The game includes online play, a boss rush mode, team battle, tournament mode, frame step mode as well as other features. Final Strike is available on Nintendo’s eShop for $29.99 / €32.99 / £28.99 / $46.99 AUD
Oninaki Demo
If you’re an RPG fan, you may be interested in to know that a Oninaki demo is available to download via the eShop. The demo includes a taster of both story and battle modes.
According to an official press release: “players journey as Kagachi, a young Watcher who ushers Lost Souls into the next world, [and] bond with and harness the power of Daemons, a special type of Lost Soul who could not be reincarnated. These powerful souls [represent a different weapon type and] assist the player in battle. Players [can] manage their Daemon’s skills and switch between them in real-time to deal devastating blows to their enemies with unique attacks and power up skills.”
The full game will launch on 21st August.
And finally
Re: Legends will soon enter Steam Early Access, which means the game is still in the development stages. Sadly, this means Nintendo Switch players will have to wait a little longer.
The game was originally scheduled for a 2018 release, but I don’t think players will mind the delay considering how well the game is shaping up.

Cannot wait for Rune Factory, 4 and 5. I have been a player since the very first one on nintendo Ds. I wish they would remaster that one and add it to the lineup!! Right now I’m working on Dragon Quest 2..just got it so I’m still in the early stages. Great hearing about new games, thanks!
