As you can see in the header of LadiesGamers, avid gaming enthusiasts with a tendency to write are always welcome in our team. Our team works entirely on a voluntary basis, so we all write when ‘real life’ permits. Which is why there’s always room. So please help me welcome Julien to our team!
Help me welcome Julien Kooiker!
Julien is a 21-year-old student studying literature and writing in the United States. He grew up playing Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, The Legend of Zelda, and Pokémon games with his siblings, and he still follows these franchises religiously. He now spends a lot of time playing RPGs and simulation games on his Switch and his PC, such as Stardew Valley, and My Time at Portia. A good puzzle game is also a great option, especially if it’s Professor Layton.
His all-time favorite video game at the moment is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. He is extremely excited by the sequel that’s under development!
When he isn’t playing video games, he’s likely writing, embroidering, or playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends to pass the time.
