New Writer: introducing Aamir

“Hello everyone! My name is Ali, I live in the UK, and I’m 31-years-old. My main console at the moment is the Switch, but in the past I have played games on the computer, PSX, PS2, PS3, Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, DS and 3DS.

My main focus in videogames falls under the RPG genre, which I love, and I have spent many hours with Final Fantasy and BioWare games. I particularly like games that emphasise story and character, but I’m open to other types too. These days I find that I mostly play indie games, and I’m a fan of pixel art and the SNES visual style.

Outside of gaming, I like to read and write fiction as well as watch Science Fiction and Fantasy television and films. (I particularly like Star Trek and The Lord of the Rings.)

Aside from writing, I do volunteer work at a library, and I also train in Karate during my spare time, but mostly I’m relaxing and chatting on Discord servers, trying to stay warm and away from the cold outside. I love hot chocolate and biscuits. I’m glad to be here, and I look forward to talking to you all about games!”
