LadiesGamers Overview Week 41

Come on in my friend, and get yourself a nice cup of coffee or tea. Time to look back and wrap up of everything that happened on the site this past week, running from October 7th until October 13th 2019.

The weekly news highlights what happened on LadiesGamers.com this past week. If you are pressed for time during the week (aren’t we all, these days? 😃) you will find everything you need to know in this weekly wrap up.

This past week’s reviews

Review BurgerTime Party! (Switch)

Jonah has always had a soft spot for fast food. His personal favourite is the quarter pounder with cheese. Due to already facing a battle against fast food in real life (O those calories), he decided to participate in a virtual one thanks to Burger Time Party on Nintendo Switch.

Review Tyd wag vir Niemand (Switch)

Ashromer takes a look at Tyd wag vir Niemand by Skobbejak Games. The beautiful graphics reminded her of art, but the game needs some fixes.

Review Rimelands: Hammer of Thor (Switch)

A light RPG combining steampunk, mythology, and D&D-style dice combat. Does the Switch port of this 2010 iOS game hold up in 2019?

Review ‘Soulslayer’ (Switch)

Soulslayer is a nifty little visual novel about murder and intrigue and trying to stay alive. A nice little romp, especially at this spooky time of year!

Review Distraint Deluxe Edition (Nintendo Switch)

Distraint is a horror game with enough moments of tension, horror and times of soul-searching to carry you through, without jump-scares and terror.

Review Ni no Kuni (Switch)

If you love RPG and like a huge story, get your hands on Ni no Kuni. Despite it being a game that’s basically 10 years old, it holds up well on the Switch.
