Playing video games can be a costly hobby. Plus, you will find yourself in-between titles you are eager for. So, time to look at the games you already have. YvoCaro Plays

In the series YvoCaro Plays (find my unedited gaming thoughts here) I tend to ramble on about my gaming adventures. This week I take a look at update 8.0.0 on the Switch that brought us the beginnings of what could be a activity tracker like on the 3DS (I hope). Console update for My Time at Portia

We’ve made no secret of being fans of My Time at Portia here on LadiesGamers. That doesn’t mean we didn’t notice some bugs in the game when playing it. But an update is in the works for the Switch version (and other console versions as well) that is detailed here.

And even without the update implemented: ChamZen and I have spent many an hour in the game (she did 80+ hours, I’ve put in 40+ hours) and we are loving every minute of it!

Nintendo looks back at its Fiscal Year

You know I’m in finances in real life? Always love myself some facts and figures and graphs. So when Nintendo held their Investor Meeting, I was eager to see the results. How well did the Switch do? And very important, is Animal Crossing still slated for 2019? Check it all out here: Tom Nook is counting his turnover: Animal Crossing release date?

In other news:

I’m going to let you go with some last snippets of news. Have a very happy gaming week!

Persona 5 Scramble – The Phantom Strikers Announced for Switch and PS4

Ever since I played Persona 4 Golden on the Vita, I’ve been hoping Persona 5 will come to the Switch. It is available now on the PS4 after all. But there is other news: Persona 5 Scramble is a collaboration with Koei Tecmo to create a warrior style game. And that one will come Nintendo Switch.
